Twenty Years of Passage!

Made to measure from the building of the Théâtre du Passage

A moving show especially created to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the Passage: join this journey of (re)discoveries, inspired by the labyrinthine architecture of the place!

Wanting to question theatre in the light of architecture by probing the memory which permeates the stones, Emilie Blaser for this project, has surrounded herself with author Odile Cornuz and musician Raphaël Weber, alias Dr Wheels from Rambling Wheels. The Passage walls are both the main character and the unique decor of the room. What is the state of mind of the jubilee, how to celebrate it with dignity, or to offer it a new life? Our three acolytes imagine it in music and stories – to give you a unique and invigorating experience.

“We invite the public to walk through the theatre like a living organ, more precisely a lung: a place to catch your breath, to awaken the senses and the imagination.”
— Emilie Blaser, Odile Cornuz, Raphaël Weber
